We dispatch every order with care, ensuring your candy and chocolate arrives fresh. Most deliveries are with you within 3–5 business days, and you will receive a tracking link when your parcel ships so you can follow its journey.
We offer free standard shipping on every order over £20. Express options are available at checkout if you need your sweets sooner.
If you are not completely happy with your selection, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original condition, unopened and uneaten.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll replace it straight away at no charge.
